Replace motherboard and processor... will it work?
I replaced my motherboard (Compaq crap to an Asus P3B-F (Still old...)) and took another processor on it (Changed the PII 350MHz to an Celeron 400MHz).
I expected I would need to reinstall Debian, because essential hardware was changed. Anyway: I first tried.
And guess what... It works fine!!
This is certainly the best experience with Linux I ever had, and I just wanted to share it...

René
