what is the best TV Tuner card i have a Brooktree 878 card and it does fairly well. I was wondering if i bought a newer one if i would notice the difference. I wanted to know what the best software would be currently i'm using KDETV b/c TV Time couldn't get some channels any advice/information

whenever i run my dvd player or my ps2 through it using the RCA Jack my display gets really really dark any advice?
