    1. How do I forcingly install deb package with unresolvable dependency? I know that it will work anyway.

    2. What the **** c102 is? I do not know but some of them came to me when I started using testing sources and now c102 packages are ruining my packages system. Help me! How can I replace it with normal version of the package without removing everything that depends on it first?

I'm not sure about dpkg, but RPM has a --nodeps option you can pass it. You might look at the man page for dpkg.
