what files are necessary when installing debian from cd-rom?

somebody told me that fewer than 3 files are needed in 1 cd.
i wanna know what are they ?

I think they would be the 3 floppy image programs
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/.../other/floppy/

you just need the 1 CD. And then just install things at apt-get

gnome, and X stuffs:

. apt-get intall gdm
