    Question Printer communication problem

    Hi. As you may have deduced from the title, I'm having problems with my printer. It used to be able to print but now it doesn't. The computer thinks it's sent the documents for printing, but the printer never gets them.

    I'm using CUPS with foomatic + hpijs (my printer is HP Deskjet 693C). It used to work up to a few days ago. The only thing I can think of that has changed since then is that I ran out of space in one of the hard disks and had to mount the /tmp directory on a different one (could it be a disk space problem? If so, which directory/ies should I move?) Other than that, I can't think of anything, except maybe a hardware problem, but the printer prints its own test page correctly.

    Any help will be appreciated.
