You probably need to run it with a different vsync, and/or hsync , or a different resolution setting. Check the cheatcode options that are available through your F-keys just before the CD begins to boot.

I got my dsl colors working now, thanks.

New question: when I boot into dsl on my old laptop it doesnt connect to the internet, because I have this pc card that goes in the slot and then the cable runs into that. Would I need software for this card?

I went to the PC Card Control and it says:

    Under Status:

    Socket 1:
    5V 16-bit PC Card
    function 0: [ready]

    Under Config:

    Socket 1:
    VCC 5.0V Vpp1 0.0V Vpp2 0.0V

But the internet does not work. Any ideas?

How did you manage to solve the problem of messed up colors?

Could you please explain me how to fix the resolution of the live CD for DSL?

    Rgds,
I went to F2 or F3 when the the DSL livecd boots and I figured out which vga I needed basically by trial and error/guessing. I ended up using "vga=787" when I booted. So where it says boot: I just put in vga=787. You might have to put dsl infront of that, I forget..I haven't used dsl in a while. Hope that helps.
