Does Debian require 14 ISO downloads

Currently a SuSE user seeking to experiment with Debian. When looking at the distro sites, I noticed that there are 14 ISO's available for download - this is huge. Am I missing something or what? Surely Debian doesn't require all 14 ISO's!

you do not need all 14 disks....
if you have a braodband connection, you can download the net install (100M) and install everything via the internet!

No, you don't need all of them to install. Most of them are just extra software.

If you'll do a netinstall, you'll only need the base install ISO, or you can go even smaller with the businesscard ISO.

Thanks for the info, I didn't realize that a net install existed. I may find an extra box at work and install Debian; however, it may prove a bit difficult to shy away from SuSE. SuSE is the first distro that I actually feel comfortable. By the way, how well does Webmin work with Debian? I rely heavily on Webmin to setup my Samba servers. User management is just way too easy using Webmin and it is a must have for me.

Webmin probably works as well for Debian as for any other distro (I've only tried it in Debian, so I can't say for sure how it compares to Distro X, but it works).
