HI,
I was over in the thread I started about the Xandros Fun site and was going to answer a question that was asked about the Brother printer...and there is a button at the bottom saying the thread is closed....I was wondering why, since we were in the middle of a give and take.

Anyway, I really don't think he locked it to be rude or to work you over in some way. He's likely just afraid that it will turn into a flame war, as he stated.Well...nobody deleted it....and that's good...
sooo...I think I'll stick around a while...
this seems like a nice forum.
Hope this explains it well enough.

my apologies
Core Wizard....
I'm not really used to the indented threads yet and just yesterday figured out how to do the 'hybrid" and did not see your post.
As to"
I agree that if you think that is the beginning of a flame war then I can see your point.
And you really arent supposed to advertise, makes it quite dodgy when you have only 9 posts.
The reason I made the second post about "nobody deleting it" was that I have wandered around on the thread and seen the "drivebys" that people do, we get several a day over at forums Xandros....
I assumed that there was not a problem with the discussion of my site, and I apologize.....
I really do need to get up to speed on those indented threads!
This really does seem like a nice forum and I would like to stay involved, so, I'll take ozar's hint and stick around....
ain't xandros great!
