    gtk-gnutella I've found to be the most reliable. There are .deb packages under the 'download' section...

    ok cool i will check it out when i get home from school but how do i install it and stuff lol. I'm still in the learning process in the installing programs for some reason some pkgs dont install right so if possiable can you please tell me how to. If its a apt-get then yea i know that way.

    There is also Limewire for Linux. There should be installation instructions on their website/with the downloaded file. If not, report back with the type of file it is and I will gladly help.

    yea i have looked at it its a rpm file, as far as i knew you cant install that in debian or can one ? And thank you Dapper Dan i have it and its nice.

    You can use alien to convert the rpm to a deb and then install it with dpkg. You will have to look at the man page for alien as I am not on a deb based system but once it is a deb package, use (as root):

    dpkg -i <name of deb>
