    Gnome destroyed!!!

Hello, my computer rebooted by itself and when I logged back, my desktop is a total disaster!! No icons, graphics, total chaos - some things works (firefox), some don't.
I don't know what to do.
Console works, perhaps I should reinstall gnome?
How can I do that, which packages should I install?
    Thanks

Maybe you ran out of disk space. Strange things happens when Linux
    is out of disk space...

Btw, computer does not reboot "by itself" (not considering Windows).
There are only three possible reasons why Linux could reboot "itself"
    coming in my mind now:
    1) Power leak
    2) Some hardware error
    3) Kernel panic (which can be caused by insufficient disk space)

Try check the logs in /var/logs in order to find out what happened. It
may help you to guess the best solution.

    Here's what I found out:

    1. I've managed to log into KDE which workds fine... but what is interesting, not a single icon from GNOME is working (for an example: my gaim icon. I have gaim on, and there's a blank space on my KDE's task bar)
    2. I have plenty of space (about 40gb)
    3. Here's my gdm log from /var/log/gdm/

    Code:
