    hpijs is already the newest version.
    0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
    i think i got this file but icant configure. can you explain that how can i do .

    This link contains step-by-step instructions.

    I found that Ubuntu was able to install my printer automatically.

    KDE has some printer configuration program in the control center or whatever, right? Can't you use that to set up your printer?
