File restoration
My root partition recently aquired a number of errors. Once I realized what the problem was, I ran fsck on it from Knoppix, with the end result that I've got about 2 dozen files in my /lost+found folder with names like #332410 and a few programs (OpenOffice and Cedega) which still won't run. How do I restore these files to where the should be?
