    Km400 Vga

    Hi, I'm having trouble getting my VIA KM400 onboard VGA working higher than 800x640.
    I've tried editing XF86Config-4 and adding in higher resolutions, but this hasnt worked.

    I have also tried running "dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86", but this also hasnt worked(i think i have entered the wrong settings!)

    Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated

    Thumbs up Problem solved!

    Finally solved the problem!!
    it turns out that dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 wasnt writing to XF86Config-4.
    I had to modify XF86Config-4 using node and replace the driver field to via manually, then all was sweet!!
