    KDE is not working

In my computer, KDE is not working

It seems that it tries to start it up, but it shows these lines

debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Kde
    debconf: (Can't locate Qt.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.4 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/oerl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Kde/Wizard.pm line 7.)
deconf: falling back to frontend: Dialog

There's an utility called tasksel where it is supposed I can choose some packages to install. One of them is desktop environment, but it doesn't work either

    Any idea?

What do you mean when you say it doesn't work? Can you tell us what command you're using, and what output it gives back?

BTW, the output you put up looks like the sort of thing it says when you're installing packages and have selected KDE as your frontend for debconf, but some KDE packages are missing. It's usually the libqt-perl package that gets left out, so make sure that's installed. Of course, the KDE frontend for debconf will also only work if you're in X.
