    Hi guys

I got a doubt. I changed my xf86config-4 file to have a better resolution. The thing is when I log as normal user, i get the deafult 800x600 resolution , and when I log as root , I get the real resolution for which I changed my xf86config file.

I can guees is a concern about permissions, but dont really know.

make sure you didn't save it as a different (xf86config.new for example). Also check the
    Code:
    .xsession-errors
    file in your home folder.
