hi i have a soundblaster audigy card and i have the moduels and i am trying to alias the module emu-10k1 and i dont know what to alias it, that is to say i don't know what debian identifies my soundcard as.
i have the 2.6.8 kernel and i would like some help if at all possible thank you.
should the addition to my /etc/modprobe.d/aliases look like this:
alias sound-slot-0 snd-emu10k1
?
