Where are all the nice icons in Blackbox?

When I am in the Blackbox environment (so not in Gnome) OpenOffice.org application have nice icons (for "save file", "paste", etc.) that are different from the ones in Gnome. Evolution, however, misses all icons and I get little white sheets with red crosses on them in stead (in Gnome it does have icons). Also Epiphany misses some icons.

How do I get icons for those applications in Blackbox?

    Thanks,

    Daan
