    ndiswrapper freezes while compiling...

    trying to install ndiswrapper on a debian etch system.
    i tried using module-assistant and it freezes at 20% and i tried downloading the source from apt-get and compiling myself which froze also and i tried make from the tarballs on the ndiswrapper webpage. all freeze, i dont know exactly where on module-assistant since it doesnt show but on the others it was at ndis.o

    any help would be fantastic.

    If you are to use module-assistant, then I suggest you use the Debian package called ndiswrapper-source.
