    Thumbs up [Resolved] My new prob: 1024x768 where???

    Hi. I got nVidia drivers installed. I can't get to 1024x768 :S, and I always use this screen res. Am... I tried using VESA, VGA, nvidia, nv, etc... none can reach it :S but why? :S. The horizontal and vertical refresh is fine... what's going on? Any help, please? thanks for reading this Note: in xfree86 config I've enabled 1024x768

    if you used xf86config that wont help change your video mode
    you gotta edit xf86config-4 file which is used by xf86cfg
    in your /etc/X11 folder

    x86config uses xf86config while debian sarge uses xf86config-4

    Ye, I was just gonna post that I've fixed it xD. Ye, I did that. My confusion was made cuz the configuration said I had 1024x768 enabled... well, in files weren't, I checked, and added "1024x768" in each display. Thanks anyways for the answer cya!
