[SOLVED] New task from a Domain Debian Server

I work in a office with 20 Windows computers, and there is another one which is the Domain Server and it has a Debian Linux OS.
I would like to generate an script which make safely copies of an specific folder called "secure" that everybody has into their Windows computers.
    The problem is:
This script must be run every day at 8 pm, and the most important thing is that it shutdown all the computers after the security copies have been made.

I don't know how can I do that.
    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks, and excuse my english...
