    Downloading DVDs

    Geeks,

    Can someone suggest an application to download the DVD iso of Ubuntu?

    I tried wget and curl ... and both did not work.
    wget doesn't have support for large files ... i guess ... correct me if I am wrong!
    I also tried bittorent.... does not work either...!!


    Any other download apps available???

    You can try using ProZilla, which is a good command line download acclerator.

    Just update your wget version. You will need version 1.10 or above to download files of over 2 GB.
