Multi question's for some smal hick ups

First of all debian feels very nice cant put the finger on it but in the end I guess its beat the hell out of ubuntu if you aint, discard a lot of junk that are very un necesary.

But my main problems now are the sound
1 My alsaconf wont start at all plz help, do not know what to do?
2 When I open up my soundcontrol to get the sound at right decibel level so my ear can hear the nice tunes. Then all the settings in (the settings) to my soundchannels are gone what should I do to get them back?
Its like a list of cd sound and a lot of other channels

Have goofy araound with the soundsettings to much lately they are like gone now, I only wnat this to deafult set.

Then I have a couple of question about tinyproxy that wont start properly I guess, what is a vile word?
Exact where should I put this vile word, do I even have to have a vile word?

The part in the proxy with the html codes I know where to put "my" homesite but is it like more to configure with that part?

Wouldent it be nice if this question should be answered ba ba ba ba ba ba beach boy's

Do you happen to know what sound card you have? You can do an lspci | more and kind of search through to see if you can find out. I had sound problems a ways back, ill try to remember what I did...
