    which intel graphics chipset?

hey yall, been a while... someone just gave me a 1 gig celeron emachine with a "bad hard drive" of course the first thing i did was install debian etch b3. everything works great, nothing wrong with the machine at all except the os and now that debian is on there, well thats fixed too.

here's the deal. it's got an integrated intel graphics chip. i am working 16 hours a day and just don't have the energy to pull the thing apart and locate the chip. wondering if there is a software solution to identify the chip so i can get video acceleration setup.

    if it helps, it's an e-machine t1100.

    thx,
    dodge

Switch to root and run the "lspci" command.
