    Which release are you using? What video card?
    Xorg or Xfree86? 32 or 64 bit?

    It helps if you give more details. Try using Google first, then if for some strange reason you can't find the answer post in a forum.

    Debian irc is a great way to get answers, just prepared to hear RTM.

    Theis should be required reading before anyone is allowed to post anywhere.

    well mines intel 845gvsr motherboard with onboard graphics card
    should i run the setup of linux again or is there any other way i hope u would hav got the info u wanted pls guide me wat to do as it is my first chance with linux
