mounting a Mac OS Extended external hard drive

I have been having trouble mounting my hard drive in Debian. It is a Mac OS Extended (Journaled) drive that I have been running off my Macbook for a while but would like to put it on my Debian box. Is there a special package or something that I could get to install support for Mac OS filesystems?

    Thanks,
    Erik

i think this support not compiled into the original kernel
you need compile a new kernel or just the modules
