getconfig command not found

Anyone know what could be the problem, I get command not found every time I run xorgcfg and startx wont start, here it is my xorg out put

I did it and still the same problem I can't find the problem.

for the fonts problem, make sure you have xfonts-75dpi and xfonts-100dpi installed

when you are done with that run

fc-cache --fv

Cool now works why that happen?

fc-cache makes an index of the fonts avaible. Without it, x doesn't know what font it should/can use
