Mouse Bugging
Hi,
I have got some problems with my mouse in debian (i got 2 mouses, one is usb, the other one is the regular mouse port, anyway both have the same problem) after using it for a while (like 3-10 minutes) it doesn't work at all until i plug the cable out, and then in, then it starts working again (this plug out, then plug in does only apply for the usb mouse, after the PS/2 mouse stops working then the only way getting it to work is to reboot) the usb mouse has a light on and under it (optical mouse) and it still is lighted after it stops working... How should i fix this?? Didn't have similar problems before switching to debian. My motherboard : EPoX 8NPA SLI, and my two mouses: the usb one: Microsoft corded optical mouse, the ps/2 one: Logitech Cordless Desktop.
Thanks for any help
Rasse.

can you post the mouse related parts of your xorg.conf or xfree86 file?
also you might try installing mdetect. When your mouse stops working, try running it (I know this isn't a solution, but it may tell us something)Brilliant Mediocrity - Making Failure Look Good
