Can't login in Debian
Debian01 was my username, and 18563994badaboom was my pass.
Debian boots up great and then it goes.
Debian01 Login:
well I type in Debian01 and then it goes to
Password:
It's blank and I can't type anything.
I press enter and then it goes to a blank line, I wait a second, and then it says login incorrect.
I've spent over half an hour using different user name and password combo's
using root as username and everything.
I basically need a command before I boot up that'll reset everything and let me state the username and password again.
I don't know what to do.
I know these are the right login details it just won't let me in !!!

On the grub boot loader blue menu, I have the
Debian GNU/Linux
Debian GNU/Linux (single user mode)
I can also hit 'C' to get into the command line.
Once I get into the command line it says, " Minimal Bash like line editing.
I'm not sure what to do.
Thanks for the help guys.

Well you should of created a user account with a password and also set the password for the root account. You also created a name for the system and it sounds like that is what you used the Debian01 for. Make sure you aren't mixing the two. Make sure your caplock and/or numlock isn't on. That is one heck of a password but I am not sure it needs to be that long. In the past, only the first eight digits were actually used but that may have changed now.
