HELP with Linux project, please
Hello,
I'm a student at university studying IT and computers, and our tutor has set us a module that requires our group to set up a project to produce a Linux distro [the art students have to produce a mock advertising and packaging]. At first we, well I was worried and bought the book Linux from scratch...... but thankfully we don't have to go that deep
, we are allowed to use a Linux base and customize that. So that's why I'm here, we have decided to use Debian as our base. This is where I need some pointers. Will I be able to use this this CD called Debian From Scratch 0.99.0 with can be found here http://www.cheeplinux.com/product_in...roducts_id=457 use as our base or I'm I better wasting the uni's bandwidth and download a ISO file of Debian.
Thank you
