    Hi,

    I'm running a debian install on a F-S amilo laptop.
    I keep getting the same error message, but I can't find what's wrong.

    APIC error on cpu0 40(40)

    Does anybody know how to remove this?

    google it and you should get plenty of info

    What I would try would be to edit the menu.lst file and add -noapic to the kernel line.
