    compiz on etch?



    Hello

    Is there a way to install compiz on debian etch without problems?

    I followed the steps from this guide:

    after this howto my X won't run...

    To run Compiz, you need either XGL (which runs on top of X, replacing it), or AIGLX (which is integrated in X).

    Using AIGLX is obviously simpler. I wrote a small guide here :
