Debian netinst needed for DL140 G3

    Hey,
I've been looking desperately for a net-install CD for Debian, Sarge.

My server is DL140 G3, 2 x Xeon Dual Core 5110 and a SATA hdd drive.
The problem is I cant find a proper net-install which would detect the raid controller properly with the HDDs and the nic.

Couldn't find any x86 nor x64 net-installs that would work.

** preferring x64_x86 with Debian, if not then only x86

Hope anyone dealt with that in the past.

    Thanks in advance

You might try using the 2.6 kernel. At the boot screen of the install cd you type linux26. You also might try etch. It will be the new stable in a few weeks and it *should* have better support for something more exotic like that (though I have no clue about that actual hardware)

Aight, I'll try the new RC1 of Etch for now, after it will turn stable I'll reinstall.

    Thanks for the support
