I m trying to install apache2-dev in my debian system using apt-get install apache2-dev from deb http://security.debian.org/ sarge/updates main contrib non-free repository and I get error about uninstallable package dependency

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
apache2-threaded-dev: Depends: libapr0-dev (= 2.0.54-5sarge1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: autoconf but it is not installable
Depends: autotools-dev but it is not installable
Depends: libtool but it is not installable
Depends: libdb4.2-dev but it is not installable
E: Broken packages
OS : Debian GNU/Linux 3.1
Problem faced on Jan 23, 07
I have even tried to install these packages from separate .deb files, in that case I got some other packages names in uninstallble dependency.
It would be great if someone can help me.
