    all contacts in kapote are offline.

    i am running Debian with kde 3.3. I ran kapote and configured to with msn. for some reason when I login, it shows all my contacts to be offline which is not true.

    I tried doing a upgrade but it said that I already have the latest version of kapote.

    Any ideas

    i think you are using kopete
    search for e menu element which called "connect all" or some like
