    i had some issues with updating my multimedia packages. so i entered:

    deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org etch main

    in /etc/apt/sources.list file. when i type:

    Code:
    apt-get update
    it gives me a error message in the begining refering to the above link. at the moment to get on with the other installations i have commented it out.

    have i entered correctly or more lines are required...???

    What error message ?

    Just make sure you've added debian-multimedia's GPG key :
