I've been getting the following error when trying to view anything flash-related:

The SWF file caused a fatal error in the swfdec decoder.  This likely means that there is a bug in swfdec.
i'm not really sure what's wrong or where to go to fix it. any ideas of what to do to fix this or where to start would be greatly appreciated?
