Unable to run 'Login Window'

I want to change the default window in GDM to one i downloaded
from GnomeLook.com but i can't seem to get the 'Login window' app
to run: Desktop>Administration>Login Window
It displays a 'Root access granted window' but when i click 'ok'
nothing happens the app dosn't seem to run.

Is there somthing i can do? is the Xserver rejecting me on this app?
or is it a bug?
