    HOWTO put all GIMP palletes/windows in one(like PS)

    hi,

    I have come to the point where trying to install and run Photoshop on linux is absolute bull ****!(and i dont want to use 7.0) So...........GIMP is the best option i can possibly go for......I've installed GimpSHOP but havent gotten what i wanted. I want all the palletes(layers,channels, history, etc) to be in one window like photoshop. I am going f******** mad with all the windows everywhere........ Can this be done? If so, can someone please tell me how?Q?Q?Q?Q?Q or point me to an article/howto.

    I think GimpShop does that:

    Oops... it appears that what you want only comes in the Windows version. From the GimpShop website:

    In the Windows version, the Deweirdifyer Plugin has been used to place all of the various windows into one nesting window, so it will act more like a single program that multiple little programs..

    but for linux i mean not windows. Am i not getting something?

    Yeah, it looks like the Linux version of GimpShop won't do what you want.
