Quest for the holy Grail/not really/ trying to find/inst kernel devel, nforce

hey ive gone from fedora to mandriva to debian. I think ill stick with debian becouse of the vast amount of packages.

ok can anyone help me find the kernel devel for debian 4.0 i think it is as i want to install the nvidia video drivers (as i will be receiving a graphics card soon)
i currently am not connected to the net becouse i cant manage to install
nforce 405 drivers for my lan, which is with the forcedeth.c
and the rest i also only get trys at getting on the net so i cant check anything without carting my pc to a ethernet port which is about 3 doors and 2 flights of steps away lol.
, i also cant convert any of the rpms to .deb with alien as it errors saying i need (resonable list) of key files.
so anyone keen on helping this noob,

also do the rpms have to be noarch or not??
