    Need help moving my root filesystem to another partition



    Hi guys,

    i have copied all files from one partition to another, updating grub, menu.lst and fstab. My original intention was to combine the two partitions (to get one large) and therefore move linux to the first partition in order to append the other one (with gparted). But I don't dare to remove the original files by executing the last step... Is there anything that could seriously go wrong?
