    What crashes my system?

I run kde. It crashes twice a day on average. It locks up and does not respond to keys or mouse clicks. How can I find out what is causing the lock-ups?

Has it always done this or have you recently installed some new software or new drivers?
Try using the dmesg command and see if you have any errors there.
Is all your hardware working correctly? look in the file /var/log/messages.
