what package needed for mail in cli ??
Hi folks,
I re-installed recently Debian; I did minimum installation, only seeing now what all is not included as opposed to the full installations I had before.
I got -after adding some packages- when I logged in the message you got mail in /var/mail/domulus.
Not that it could be anything important or that I I´m likely to use it in future, but just for the heck of it, say to learn something: which package do I need to install to be able to read those system-mails ..? I checked in the package list and with aptitude (which I use to install my additional software), but there´s soooo many references to "mail", even with the acro "cli" added, that I just don´t know which one I need.
Debian Version is lenny/sid
Oh, one more thing - I have a Yahoo-email account. I use to read all my emails Kmail, also two more email-accounts, all three of them POP. Everything worked fine, until some days ago. I did not change anything in Kmails configuration; the two other accounts - all still fine. Yahoo account: can´t access it anymore through Kmail. It just stopped working. I still can log in through the website; username and password haven´t been changed, neither.
Did Yahoo change anything without putting it in the help/FAQ ? Anybody maybe read something ??

Not sure about the kmail issue, but to read system mail, you can install a package called nail or another called mailx.
