    Create cd installation with my favorite packages

    hello all, I need help please, I am a new user of Linux distributions(Debian, Ubuntu), I need to create a new cd or dvd installation with new packages that not are available in the cd or dvd installation. I need personalizate the installation cd or dvd for the packages I want to include be installed with base system of Debian for example.Thanks

    There is a nifty utility called "APTonCD" that is just for this. It will create an ISO image which can be burned and then added as a repo using apt-cdrom. It has a GUI where you can select the packages you want
