Morphix - removing some packages
i am using morphix, the lastest version. however, after installing it on my hardisk i found out that there are some packages that aren't relevant to me and therefore, i'd like to remove them. unfortunatelly, i don't know how to do this, because it doesn't understand the rpm command. does anybody know what i should do or give me a good guide about this?
Re: Morphix - removing some packages
Do a "man rpm" and check out the -q and -R switches. The -q switch tells rpm to 'query' the package you name for info. Additional switches tell rpm what info to look for. -R tells it to query the named package for a list of other packages that depend on it.
