shortcut to the terminal in kde?

I don't know if this really qualifies for a full new topic, but its been bugging me for a while.

I want to have a shortcut the to the termianl (Konsole) in KDE. i'm running redhat 8.0, so its just the version of kde that comes as standard with redhat 8.0.

    Ok.

    1) Right click on "start" (the redhat icon)

    2) Click "Panel"

    3) Click "Add"

    4) Click "Button"

    5) Click "System Tools"

    6) Click "Terminal"

    7) Enjoy the convienience of an easy to reach terminal window
