aterm transparency trouble

i have posted this question on four other forums and haven't gotten a fix yet. hopefully someone here can help me. i have been successful in getting aterm to do what i want it to do except show the right section of my wallpaper. it shows the upper left hand corner of my wallpaper, but i have placed aterm itself in the lower right hand corner. here is the screenshot of aterm ( http://i523.photobucket.com/albums/w...eenshot3-1.png ). here is what the desktop background looks like plain (http://i523.photobucket.com/albums/w..._by_narada.jpg ). below is my .Xdefaults. anybody have any ideas?

the problem has been fixed. last night i ran updates and when i rebooted this morning the proper portion of desktop was showing behind aterm. updates fixed the problem.
