    Hi and Welcome !

You can create a local repository and install packages in all machines through it. Which Linux distro are you using?
AptOnCD works fine in Debian based distros.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

I can be found either 40 miles west of Chicago, in Chicago, or in a galaxy far, far away.

If you mean a remote push-based updater, then a lot of people would like one, please! AFAIK, a robust, easy-to-use, reliable such tool is not available for Linux. Sounds like a business opportunity to me!

If you have network connectivity on your several machines. they can download and install apps using package manager.
what do you mean by "install those packages from the remote machine"?
you just want control to your private network? or you want to install packages you have on remove machine?

Never used it but have you looked at rdist.

    from man rdist

rdist - remote file distribution client program
