plz tell me a tool for software Distribution, i want to install any software or any updates to several machines on my network from Remote Machine simultaneously. plz help me it's urgent

Hi and Welcome !
You can create a local repository and install packages in all machines through it. Which Linux distro are you using?
AptOnCD works fine in Debian based distros.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

If you have network connectivity on your several machines. they can download and install apps using package manager.
what do you mean by "install those packages from the remote machine"?
you just want control to your private network? or you want to install packages you have on remove machine?

Never used it but have you looked at rdist.
from man rdist
