Problem with vncserver start

Hi,

I'm new to this site.

I'm new to linux too.

I'm trying to install tightVNC on my webserver(remote) using putty.

I installed the rpm. ant other instructions I followed with the help of forims.

But while starting th VNCSERVER I'm getting the following error.

Please HELP.
