What's the best distro/window manager for eye candy (or customization)?
Okay, I'm talking about, like the effects achieved by Compiz on Ubuntu, but then I like the overall feel of KDE (Kubuntu). So, is there a way to get Compiz to run on KDE, if so, how. Or, is there a better distro or window manager to make my PC look awesome? I tried out Enlightenment, but I didn't get it customized (how would I do that?). Any suggestions are welcome, and thanks.

Sabayon used to be very eye candy oriented, but I've not used it lately so don't know what it looks like right now:

Documentation should be a place to start to learn to customize Enlightenment.

Kde
pretty sure Compize runs on KDE for a couple of years now. Don't remember the first version...
1. Compize must be installed.
2. Start Menu/System/Desktop effects - to set it up.
