Hi,

I am having problems with xvkbd - I cannot get it to focus and type text onto my Gtk Window automatically, it however will work when I click on the focus button (on keyboard) and focus it on my Gtk Window. I really would appreciate your help in solving this problem.

The parameters I am passing when running xvkbd is:
>>xvkbd -modal -compact -window id
where the variable id is the hexadecimal value of the window which I am getting from the program xprop.

When I click on any key on the xvkbd keyboard, I get the following errors,

X error trapped: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes), request-code=42
X error of failed request= BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)

I am using the latest xvkbd (version2.6) and my system is running RedHat Linux 9.0 with the 2.4.20-8 kernel.
